As a skill, it is beginning to be seen as essential for success in today’s world of fast-moving information, ever-changing technology and Artificial Intelligence. At an individual level it can help to fast-track careers; at a corporate level it can create competitive advantage by building first-class teams. Our programme measures existing skill levels, covering the most important thinking skills – known as PACIER. These comprise Problem-solving, Analysis, Creative thinking, Interpretation, Evaluation and Reasoning. The focus is then on identifying skill gaps, and developing and improving these key skills, enhancing the ability to solve complex problems, generate new ideas, process information more efficiently, improving productivity by making better decisions.
