Exploro's most recent endeavour is the 9000km2 seismic 3D survey over the Saltpond basin in Ghana. The Saltpond basin is situated close to shore with shallow water depth. It has a proven petroleum system and a lot of untested structural traps. It is also underexplored. There are not a lot of such opportunities left in the world, and the data will be ready for the upcoming licensing round. The 3D survey follow Exploro's recent success with seismic multiclient projects in Norway.
