The Academy operates under a Joint Powers Agreement with ten community colleges and certifies training in law enforcement, fire services, emergency medical training, dispatch and more. Today, the Consortium is comprised of Gavilan College, Monterey Peninsula College, College of San Mateo, Lake Tahoe Community College, Cabrillo College, Mission College, Hartnell College, and Ohlone College.
