Resilience Education provides high-quality, customized educational programs to organizations and individuals that might otherwise go overlooked. Since 2011, our 200+ instructors from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Columbia Business School have taught in Virginia and New York prisons, graduating over 500 students. Current projects include entrepreneurship education for incarcerated individuals reentering society, business basics for at-risk youth in Montana, and financial capabilities programs for a variety of different populations. Our case-based, Socratic Method programs work to connect MBA students and alumni with incarcerated students in high-impact programs that offer practical business and financial literacy training, engaging discussions and relevant certificates to help graduates successfully transition to society. - Our mission is to stop cycles of incarceration by improving employment outcomes and reentry success through high-quality business education.
