Bayview Family Practice is a four physician office located in midtown Toronto. We serve 6000 patients and provide after hours care as part of a Family Health Organization. Our physicians deliver comprehensive care to individuals of all ages and their families. We offer after hours care in association with our partner offices in the Otter Creek Family Health Organization. We are affiliated with Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Women’s College Hospital, and the University of Toronto.
