We offer the convenience of HICAPS for faster private health fund processing so you are not out of pocket. New patients: Please note, whilst we offer a Free Initial Assessment, you are also allocated time for an optional paid consultation should you and your practitioner wish to proceed. To secure your appointment we ask for your Credit card number. This is kept securely in our practice management system and is deleted as soon as you arrive for your appointment. Our reception will explain our on-boarding policy when you call to book or if online booking we will contact you. Cancellation and missed appointment policy: We require 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment wherever possible. We reserve the right to charge the full fee if you either fail to attend without notice or provide less than 24 hours notice of change or cancellation.
