STL Ethos is a small team who, working with an extended network, seek to help organisations and individuals transform their performance. We work across many sectors and geographies with particular specialisms in PMO, Transformation programmes, data insights / analytics and the application of Lean and Systems Thinking to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Improving product development & launch is a particular interest due to its broad nature. We also mentor clients, when asked, to help them achieve higher performance.
