Empowering people and their businesses to find, own and do something with the strengths they (unknowingly) have! There is untapped potential in everyone. I work with professionals and businesses to get this out of them and into the world. There are different formats in which I do that, as a coach, mentor, strategist, marketeer, ... . I strongly believe in the power of multi-passionate professionals. Multi-passionate professionals have multiple passions and an urge to integrate them as much as possible in their daily life. They have a lot of ambition to be able to live from their unique combination or to ensure that one talent can (continue to) finance another. Versatility is their oxygen and key to creativity and innovation. If these professionals become (more) self-aware and embrace their strengths, they can also flourish more strongly. Businesses also benefit from recognizing these professionals and integrate them in their teams and operations.
