YAMA Foundation is a Hong Kong based charity that makes yoga, art, and meditation accessible to the city's most vulnerable communities. Founded in 2016, we believe that all people have the fundamental right to feel good in their bodies, peaceful in their minds, live colourful lives, and be part of a caring community. We run community programmes across five core service areas: - people with disabilities and special needs - people living in poverty - people living in care homes - people with poor mental health - people in prison.
