Area Construction, Inc. was established in April 1972 as a full service design/build construction company specializing in commercial, office, institutional and industrial developments. Over the years, Area Construction has added a development department known as Fairmount Properties which purchases and develops commercial properties for lease. Fairmount Properties currently owns and leases over one hundred developments. Area Construction does all of the construction, renovations, and maintenance for the Fairmount facilities.
