Ostra Distillery is in the heart of Australia’s largest grain and grape growing region. The distillery has been in operation since 1962 predominantly as a winery and a Grape Spirit producer for Sherry production. Since 2008, we have transitioned the plant into a distillery that produces high end Brandy, Neutral Grain Alcohol, Australian Grain Whisky and Single Malt. Servicing the major wineries, beverage manufacturers and retailers of Australia with high quality Australian made distilled spirits.
