EVERYONE on BOARDS CIC is a social enterprise delivering community programs to inspire, engage and empower young people and families through skateboarding, snowboarding & surfing. Our mission is to help the community to equip themselves with the necessary transferable skills to have the confidence to make healthy, informed choices and achieve their full potential. Our vision is to encourage young people to enjoy life through outdoor activity, learning through vocational training and projects. Leading fulfilled lives and playing an active part in their local communities. Our values promote equal opportunities, inclusion and respect whilst encouraging a culture of recycling and redistribution of equipment and resources. We focus on providing access to action sports to all young people from diverse ethnic backgrounds and gender identities. Founded in 2020 by Agnieszka Aga Wood
