TELECOM DESIGN has been designing and industrializing solutions and electronic products since its creation in 2000. The company is behind many innovative projects such as the first car GPS (activity sold to Michelin), the first intelligent water meters (activity sold to Véolia) and the first automatic fall detectors in bracelet format. Today more than 65 people, mostly engineers, are employed at Telecom Design. For several years TELECOM DESIGN has experienced strong growth thanks to its ability to find major customers to promote its innovations. It has become one of the European leaders in the Internet of Things with more than 500,000 products sold per year. Telecom Design is therefore established on two main markets: home security and senior's portection. Driven by growth and success of the latter investments have been mainly done through it health devision Vitalbase which has been for several years European leader in automatic fall detection with nearly 1 million seniors equipped.
