The Executive Corporate Learning Forum (ECLF) is a community of senior executives from major global corporations, who have a strategic responsibility to build organizational capabilities and drive large-scale learning, change and transformation processes. We provide an intellectually and socially inspiring environment that encourages in-depth discourse on key challenges large organizations are facing today. Over the last 10 years ECLF has grown into one of the world's premier strategic dialogue platforms about the future of leadership, organization, and learning; a community that shares experiences, supports each other in tackling practical challenges, and that jointly explores how to build the capabilities that are required in the 21st century organization. The Forum includes currently executives from more than 60 major corporations across all industries, many of them being global leaders in their space. Almost 50% of our members have more than 100,000 employees, close to 80% have more than 50,000. And over 90% of them operate on a global scale. To assure the quality of the community, we are selective when it comes to admitting members. Membership is reserved for senior executives from large, usually global corporations that face significant strategic and organizational complexity.
