Water Extraction Team (WET) is a family-owned and operated emergency water removal business, based in Fairport, Ohio. Owner Joe Keller and his wife Lisa have been in business for over 10 years. They saw an opportunity to help clients save money in tough situations, and set out to create a business that could assist them. WET specializes in water removal and structural drying – the goal is to mitigate the damage without causing more, and it is not always necessary to remove wet materials, adding significant replacement costs. WET uses the latest drying technology to dry in place and to save as much original material as possible. How We Operate Each technician, including the owners Joe & Lisa themselves, are IICRC certified. We work with all insurance companies and will handle the claims for you.
