Founded in May, 2020, Fastek is a tech-enabled services company that specializes in using sensor technology to automate manual tasks creating safer, smarter and greener restaurant and hospitality facilities. We utilize IoT sensors to monitor, track and report on critical, physical functions of an operation offering real time, actionable data with best-in-class remediation to prevent and/or reduce downtime due to equipment failure. We see most facilities are using manual labor to perform tasks, or are not performing tasks at all, that now can be done with technology. With the continued staffing challenges, we see the opportunity to solve these manual process problems with sensor technology increasing efficiencies, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing operational costs. We use technology to ensure food safety protocols are being followed. We then wrap support services around the technology to remediate issues prior to serious problems with our ability to dispatch appropriate vendors.
