The Avenel Community (the “ACA”), developed by Rock Run Limited Partnership, Potomac Investment Associates, and Anthony M. Natelli, is composed of approximately 900 luxury homes that comprise the membership of the Avenel Community Association, Inc. The Avenel Community Association staff staff provides homeowners with a myriad of association services in addition to responsive common area maintenance and monitoring and supervision of landscaping and all other contracted services. Experienced staff provide modification application assistance, address covenants issues, provide horticultural advice, support for committees, advocacy on greater community issues, a courtesy surveillance program, contractor referral services and much more.
