His belief was (and still is) that small business owners and individuals should be able to benefit from professional graphic design even if they don't always have a large budget. It's not that OGara Graphics can't provide services for larger businesses. We are happy to help out with any design services we can. Our focus is on smaller companies and individuals who need design services but can't always spend much time or money. Some small businesses resort to designing their own logos, business cards, or even an entire web site, all to keep costs down.
