The Stone House, Prcanj 165, was purchased in 2012. – The purchase was documented by House Hunters International. This was the first ever House Hunters International show filmed in Montenegro. It is Season 64, Episode 8. Villa Ruza was purchased in November 2013 after it had been neglected for decades. The complete renovation began in September 2016 and was finished in August 2017.
