We have long standing working relationships with local and national contractors providing due diligence and advice on various schemes to eliminate risks from the construction process. In addition to our core activity we act as lead consultant for major public sector projects appointing and co-ordinating other design professionals (Architects M&E Consultants and Quantity Surveyors).This has resulted in providing a seamless and co-ordinated design package under one responsibility. We regularly participate in contractor selection and procurement on behalf of our private and public sector clients, in addition to providing detailed cost plans.
