The Volumetric Mixer Manufacturers Bureau (VMMB) was organized in 1999 and is made up of six concrete companies. VMMB works with the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association to develop standards for which concrete equipment can be rated. The Bureau also promotes the use of certified equipment through furthering education and awareness to improve manufacturers and operators of mobile concrete mixers.
