Established in 1989, GATE Elektronik provides services in the fields of research and development, system engineering, manufacturing of electronic equipment, depot level maintenance and repair of military/industrial/commercial systems. GATE Elektronik is the first private company that has begun to operate with the support provided by the joint venture of university (METU) and government (KOSGEB - Ministry of Industry) in Turkey. Company headquarters, located in Ankara, has a total indoor area of 13.000 m2 and is certified as the 17th R&D Center since 2008, in compliance with the Turkish R&D Regulation.
