Filos Community Services is a not-for-profit social service organisation with the mission to empower individuals and families to live more fulfilling, meaningful and happier lives. Founded in 2004, Filos is a registered charity and Institute of Public Character (IPC) in Singapore committed to building the strengths of the community, through our programmes for different groups: children, youth, families and elderly.
