The Cape Coral Community Redevelopment Agency welcomes people of all ages to live, shop, work, dine and be entertained in Downtown Cape Coral. Our mission is to facilitate the emer-gence of a vibrant and sustainable urban village, where everyone who lives or visits here is welcome and feels at home. The Cape Coral Community Redevel-opment Agency ("CRA") is a special dependent district of the City of Cape Coral. Funding for our programs comes from a portion of the ad valorem taxes paid by property owners within the district. We receive both City and County tax revenue.
