Ramesh SunWire Pvt. Ltd.(RSWPL) is a joint venture company incorporated in 2016 between M/s Stumpp Schuele and Somappa Springs Pvt Ltd and M/s Sunflag Iron & Steel Co.Ltd. The High Frequency Induction Hardening and Tempering Heat Treatment Technology is adopted for manufacturing IHTW wires, which is used for manufacture of high quality springs in cold coiling process. The production facility at RSWPL, is with state of art technology using computerized process control and monitoring system which ensures consistency in quality of wire.
