Working in this beautiful branche for over 25 years, I have seen my share of hospitality. Not everybody who works in this branche works with their heart. This often results in unhappy guests. We don’t like unhappy guests. Just think of how you want to be treated when you go out for dinner in a nice restaurant or when you stay in a hotel on your vacation. And let’s just take it from there..
