www.mmlabconsulting.comThe idea of a consulting laboratory arises from the experience gained in companies where Processes, Human Factors and ICT are mixed together and fail to dialogue. The developed approach based on the key principles of Business Process Reengineering, but tries to go further and identifies in the implementation of an ICT support the starting point to be able to produce widespread awareness and continuous improvement of processes. Only through this virtuous circle is it possible to achieve one's corporate goals, create profitability and keep the corporate culture high. The three systems that we study together with the managers and which we apply in a symbiotic way to each organization are called: #LabBPR - analysis of the three key factors of every company, such as Human Factor, Processes and ICT System; #LabBI - system of detection of the relevant KPIs based on their interaction in the company following the principles of the IoT; #LabKB - a system of management and dissemination of business knowledge designed to generate a human asset for the resolution of every problem. Alongside these three approaches we use the rules introduced by the new business management systems known as ISO 9001 and 14001, without overwhelming the company system from unnecessary modules, but extracting from these principles the guidelines to activate a virtuous cycle simple in its nature, but extremely effective and efficient if well structured: Plan-Do-Check-Act.
