Wilminvest is a startup company, emerging from University of Delaware's Horn Entrepreneurship and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Our company was founded by three lifelong friends who met in middle school at Conrad Schools of Science. Our business model at its core is to leverage public-private partnerships in order to acquire, renovate, and rent out vacant properties as permanent supportive housing to individuals and families in need.
