Originally established in Baltimore, Maryland, Triax, Inc is a Veteran owned and operated small community redevelopment business with over a decade of community development experience. We continue to combat community deterioration and urban decay through remedial action to eliminate their physical and economic cause and to lessen the burdens of government by planning deterioration prevention. Our goal is to acquire and redevelop blighted property to enhance the character of the surrounding neighborhood while promoting neighborhood stabilization creating a greater quality of life for individuals and families.
