Wausau 24 & Wausau Trail Run is a three-day endurance event held the last full weekend in July at Nine Mile County Forest. The festival-type weekend attracts up to 750+ racers along with family, spectators and support staff. The goal of Wausau 24 is to complete as many 13-mile loops in a 6, 12, or 24 hour period. There are many categories which broadens the entries allowing for multiple ages and skill levels to meet the challenge. The Wausau Trail Run on Friday night starts of the festivities at 7 PM.
