At Harmony Therapeutic Yoga, our goal is to make yoga accessible to anyone of any ability no matter the level of experience. We help you achieve the benefits of yoga in a safe and effective way with teachers who are experienced and have a minimum 200 RYT Yoga Alliance certification. Our lead therapist, Shanda Packard, holds an ERYT 500 distinction with a special national certification in Yoga Therapy. Certified Yoga Therapists are specially trained to identify and correct physical alignment issues that can cause chronic pain. Harmony Therapeutic Yoga is also a teaching studio, nationally accredited by Yoga Alliance as a 200 hr RYT and 500 hr RYT teacher training program. Our teacher training courses provide in depth learning in all areas of yoga including teaching methodology, philosophy, practicum, and anatomy and physiology.
