Founded in 1980 by Richard Dell, the firm has grown to two offices, Glendale and Walnut Creek, CA. Currently the firm services clients in the Western US but has completed projects across the US, including Hawaii. Retail Centers, Aquatic Facilities, Medical Office Buildings, Commercial Office Buildings, Mixed Use, Recreational Projects, Affordable and Market Rate Apartment Complexes, Tenant Improvements, Single Family Residences or whatever project need you have, we can do! We currently have 4 LEED AP on staff to accommodate sustainable and green building requirements.
