The Fourth Floor is a Market Network on a mission to close the gender power, wealth, and funding gap by diversifying boardrooms and cap tables. Our goal is to initiate or advance 75,000 for-profit board careers for women by the end of 2025. We have built a platform that includes a Board Seat Exchange, Private Investment Club, Job Board and Community. We are breaking the systemic barriers that contribute to the inequities in the startup ecosystem and company boardrooms.
