Previously referred to as the School of Massage and Bodywork at Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts (KCHA), the Institute for Massage Education (IME) has recently received institutional accreditation from the Accrediting Bureau for Health Education Schools (ABHES). The mission of IME at KCHA is to educate students by awakening their natural learning process in a safe, fun and supportive environment so that they may become creative, successful and effective bodyworkers for the highest good of all concerned.
