The Talent Sourcing Collective is a culmination of a 17 year journey in Talent Acquisition and Strategic Talent Sourcing that has lead to a desire to write and share knowledge, experiences and insights on all things talent, leadership, women in business and all things in between. I am known in the industry as being a thought leader for building and scaling internal talent sourcing functions, training sourcers, and building high potential teams. A tools and technology junkie, using all forms of technology and social media (*as well as old fashioned phone!) to identify candidates and build long term career relationships is at the heart of what I do! A Boolean expert (according to the courses I have done!) any candidate is find-able (its how you engage though that separates the sourcers from the talent leaders!) I have vast experience working across ANZ, broader APAC as well as globally within various verticals (digital, technology, finance, healthcare, transportation - you name it!) So what am I am great at? Building, scaling and leading sourcing teams, developing great sourcers, having a mindset that converts commercial objectives into talent strategies and using talent analytics and insights to drive meaningful talent discussions.
