In 2001 we became partners for SuperOffice with the vision to make SuperOffice CRM the natural CRM module for iScala by integrating these systems. We are located in Stockholm but has customers throughout Sweden and also some abroad. All kinds of integration has been a recurring theme in our work since the start. Over the years, we have focused on helping iScala customers become more efficient and profitable by using iScala in the right way, but also by finding the customers weak point and turn it to their advance, by develop solutions of efficient plug-in applications or standalone applications integrated to iScala. An example of this is a quote system that we developed for a customer where the quote management involved a lot of technical details and rules that could take several hours to obtain. Our solution helped the vendor to configure their quote with built-in rules and approved materials so that each seller could increase the number of quotes from 2 to 10 a day. So in the first two years they had grown with 8 new location, and now the annual turnover is over 1 billion SEK We have also looked at the features missing in iScala and created a series of utility programs from “Idshifter” that enable to replace key id on articles, customers, and suppliers to “iContact” witch provide iScala an integrated enhanced contact register linked to customers and suppliers with extended information such as mobile phone numbers and e-mail. Working remotely is both cheaper and more efficient, today we make all upgrades remotely controlled at times that do not interfere with production, we offer a warranty on our work and can take total responsibility where it is several suppliers involved so that everything works after upgrading.
