Raising New Voices Initiative was founded in a bid to raise the kind of leaders that Nigeria needs in order to move from a third world country to a first world country. The organisation runs various programs to ensure that young and new leaders are raised in a way that they are capable to lead, understand the stakes of the future and go through a process that gets them ready to make the bold reform decisions from day one that they resume office if and once they get elected.
