After an 18 year career at Interbrand, Graham Hales Consulting Ltd was set up in March 2015. At Interbrand I worked as CEO of Interbrand London, Mumbai and Amsterdam, as well as becoming their first Global Chief Marketing Officer. As a result of this I have experience of diverse leadership roles from running a large established Interbrand office, through to smaller offices where the brand was less well known. In addition I have experience in building business development tools and processes across a diverse network of offices and helping organisations change. All in all, I have completed over 500 projects so having worked with high profile, large household names, as well as smaller companies and start-ups. My work has taken me right across the world across a hugely diverse range of business cultures. At Graham Hales Consulting i work personally and collaboratively with my clients. Work is 'done with' clients, as opposed to being 'done to'. I don't mind if clients are big or small, I just look for organisations with ambition and a desire to get things done. If that's the case I can help. I work in incremental 'bite-size' chunks so that work build in a controllable manner and each stage feeds into the next. I can scale projects up through my extensive personal network as required. All of my clients so far have extended their work with me and I continue to enjoy working with all of them in an ongoing capacity. I am currently working with Cass Business School on a repositioning project that has led into a transformation programme and change management.
