I help strategic planning, business and economic development, commercial real estate, hospitality, and retail operators and other marketing professionals achieve a better geographic understanding of their business environment by providing state-of-the-art services utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology. Examples of projects would include customer origin and market share, population health analysis, service area and drive-time analysis, competitor analysis, geodemographics, life-style segmentation, and suitability and site-selection analyses. I can assist start-ups with identifying test markets for their products or services. I can also assist political campaigns with demographic, life-style segmentation, donor, and geospatial analysis in local, state, and national elections. I would be interested in strategic partnerships with other consulting firms. The ability to work remotely on projects with time constraints may be particularly important in the current pandemic environment. Significant experience with ESRI's ArcGIS Map 10.8, ArcGIS Pro 2.9, and ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App Online, Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
