Contacc SE was incorporated in May 2007 as a European company. We began providing services to our first customers in November 2007. Having merged with Advantisse s.r.o., the company was transformed to a holding company in June 2010 with two subsidiaries - Advantisse s.r.o. which implements and provides advice on customer relationship management, designs servicing and sales models and delivers turnkey contact and sales centre designs, while Contacc Services s.r.o. focuses on turnkey outsourcing of contact centre services. As part of the reorganization, all management and controlling structures of all the companies involved have been merged to maximize the efficiency of all operations. By acquiring Advantisse s.r.o., the new Contacc SE has gained both valuable know-how in the field and capital support for planned investments in future development. Contacc SE is a provider of comprehensive customer relationship management solutions spanning from audit, planning and design to the implementation of customer care and sales operations. Customer contacts with high added value are our specialty. That is why our Contacc logo bears a postscript: "the customer contact company“.
