CeIR is a new consultancy and research Institution based in Lusaka, Zambia. The Institution comprises a qualified group effort of; Kilby Lungu (Zambia), Chahan Naarang (India), James Lewis ( USA), and Nelly Byrnes (Ireland) who bring some 20 years experience between them in the elearning and IT industry. In addition to standard IT and Research capabilities, CeIR are a client-focused Institution who are able to assist at all levels of a potential IT design and development; from primary feasibility to the handling of the IT support and management efficiencies and cost systems to ensure assignments can achieve a reciprocally acceptable outcome for both client and engineer, and in turn, ensure the overall practicality of the project.
