Flourish Craft Bakery is a family-run artisan bakery owned by brother and sister, Paul and Helen O’Connell. Our simple, honest & hands on approach to business has seen us grow year on year, yet Flourish has no ambition to be the biggest bakery in the UK. Instead we wish to remain a small, personable bakery, providing impeccable products & service to those with a similar ethos of quality over quantity. Our production bakery is situated in North Watford and gives us an ideal base to service the whole of London and Hertfordshire area. We utilise modern technology without sacrificing traditional values and techniques. We believe this balance has given us the ability to create fantastic products made in a safe and hygienic environment. The bakery is the backbone to our overall operation which has expanded over the years opening a very busy onsite cafe/shop & through the lockdown, we converted our redundant loading bay into an industrial chic pizzeria. All fully operational from our Watford estate premises. We have been lucky enough to gain numerous industry awards and achievements and we believe our success can be attributed to the fantastic products we make alongside the great relationships we have developed with our people, suppliers and of course our customers. Flourish Bakery is truly a testament of what can be achieved with a belief in the product, hard work, dedication and getting past that fear of the unknown.
