Grow Cook Learn is the main project and focus of the London Community Resource Centre. Its main program, Grow Cook Learn In-a-Box is a program that will help develop healthier eating habits amongst young families with low incomes in London, Ontario. The program is being developed by a group of Western students with diverse backgrounds using the Human-Centered Design method of Innovation. The program will feature classes that focus on meal planning, smart grocery shopping, food preparation, storing, and repurposing vs. food waste.
