Trekkers is a non-profit youth development organization, focused on serving adolescents from 7th through 12th grade. Rooted in social-emotional development theory, experiential education and long-term mentorship, Trekkers helps students strengthen resiliency, raise aspirations and increase their connection to their communities. In 2014, Trekkers opened the Trekkers Training Institute to teach other organizations principles of the model, provide ongoing support, and enable positive impact at scale.
