Abakus Group was acquired by Austria- based ENcome Energy Performance GmbH in June 2016. History Abakus was a multinational solar development group with over 800 MW of solar assets (including O&M) installed worldwide. Abakus had offices in 6 countries, including global headquarters in Germany, with utility-scale manufacturing capacity in Taiwan. Abakus specialized in turn-key engineering, procurement of materials and construction (EPC) of grid-tied and stand-alone solar electric plants for commercial, government and utility clients.
