VoXo is an online marketplace that integrates diversity and inclusion in the search for event speakers. Three linked elements combine to produce a powerful home for women speakers and those that seek them: 1. Connecting event organisers to a curated database of women speakers who have, until now, not been accessible online on a single platform; 2. Providing corporates with a platform on which to secure public speaking slots for their female staff who are keen to build their careers through external exposure at key business events; and 3. Training for those potential speakers who need to perfect their pitch, whether to present a keynote, participate in a panel or ask potential investors for funding.
