Mandate The organisation is governed by the society Gaurav Bharti Shiksha Sansthan which was established in the year 1994. The depicted society mandated itself towards providing quality professional education to the needy students belonging to the Sikh minority community, but now admissions are open to all categories of students irrespective of caste, creed and religion. The grand aim is to develop the University as centre of excellence in the area of science and technology with the state of art facilities.
