Rocky Mountain SER (Service Employment Redevelopment)
www.rmser.orgRocky Mountain SER (RMSER) is a 39 year non-profit organization applying a yearly budget of $24 million toward providing Colorado residents -young and old alike- with the opportunity of leading productive and dignified lives. Since 1980, RMSER’s Colorado network has proudly served over 50,000 children, adults and seniors through the following programs: National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP), Rocky Mountain SER Head Start, Workforce Programs, Senior Community Services Employment Program (SCSEP), and the Pecos Community Center. Each year, we apply our budget to offer direct services that are tailored in such a way that we take into consideration each person’s individual challenges and proceed by helping them to meet their primary needs with support services such as nutrition, health, childcare, clothing, transportation and temporary shelter. Once these very basic needs are met, we can effectively offer our core service – education and job training – to help them lead productive lives with the type of dignity every human being should be offered.
