Der Ringlokschuppen Ruhr ist ein Haus für zeitgenössisches Theater, Performance und Tanz, sowie Kabarett, Comedy und Konzerte. Regional und international agierende Künstler*innen, aktuelle Gesellschaftsdiskurse und vielfältige Kunstformen treffen hier aufeinander. In einem um 1875 errichteten Lokschuppen sind heute vier Bühnen sowie ein vegetarisches Restaurant beheimatet. Neben einer Vielzahl von Arbeiten im Theater initiiert das Haus regelmäßig partizipatorische Projekte im Stadtraum. Zudem präsentiert der Ringlokschuppen Ruhr regelmäßig Veranstaltungen in der Mülheimer Stadthalle. A locomotive shed built around 1875 is now home to four stages and a vegetarian restaurant. In addition to a variety of in-house productions, the theatre regularly initiates participatory projects in urban space.
