1 in 10 students in Halton is hungry, does not have weather appropriate clothing, cannot participate in school sports or field trips, or faces other financial barriers to their education. The Halton Learning Foundation (HLF) raises funds to assist students in need and support school programs, with the objective of levelling the playing field for students of the Halton District School Board (HDSB).
